This problem is caused by\u00a0WhatsApp messages<\/a>\u00a0encryption that aren’t getting delivered. Indeed, this is for your security. Since 2016, all the messages are encrypted using an end-to-end encryption.WhatsApp end-to-end encryption<\/a>
\nThis ensures that your messages are only readable by the sender and the receiver. This works with keys. When a chat is initiated, two keys are created: a public and a private one. They are both unique. The public one is on the sender\u2019s phone and encrypts the text.<\/p>\n

The private key is on the receiver\u2019s phone and can unlock the encrypted message. The error occurs when the message has been encrypted by the user. Indeed, when this is the case, as we said before, WhatsApp generates a private key on your app to decrypt the message.<\/p>\n

This can only happen if both the sender and the receiver are online at the same time.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
